How to go about Post-UTME Screening

By now, all candidates who sat for the 2024/2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board have known their stands. Before an admission is finally granted, a candidate has to still cross another hurdle which is Post-UTME screening.

What is Post-UTME Screening?

It is a screening test used by Nigerian universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education to determine who is finally admitted into various academic programmes in their institutions.

It is mandatory for all candidates, although it comes in different methods, and is conducted after UTME.

Are Post-UTME Forms Available?

JAMB has announced that the forms will be available from July 19, 2024, meaning that from then, the sale of the form can commence by all institutions.

Steps to Apply for Post-UTME Online Screening 2024/2025

• Visit your school admission screening portal for 2024

-Click on the 2024 Post-UTME registration link

-Give the necessary information and establish a personal profile

-Generate a payment invoice

-Select from the available payment options to complete the payment process

• Complete the generation process and print out your Post-UTME registration slip

Closing Date for Online Screening Exercise
January 5, 2025, has been set to be the closing date for post-UTME online registration and screening.
