The University of Ibadan has reminded all its prospective candidates that the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry admission for 2023/2024 will close on Nov. 17.
According to the Registrar of the institution, G.O Saliu, the admission portal has been opened to post- UTME Registration from Monday Oct. and would last till Friday Nov. 17, 2023, warning the registration period may not be extended.
The University directed further that prospective candidates are required to log in to the admission portal using their Jamb registeration number as username and surname as password, all written in lowercase.
They are further instructed that they are to pay N3000 as access fee to portal and N2000 as screening fee, both which should be paid through admission portal in favour of the institution.
“Upon the successful payment, candidates are expected to print the payment receipt, and complete the bio-data form, as well as submit and print, said the authority.
The institution disclosed that post-UTME examination shall take place from Monday Nov. 27 to Friday Dec. 1, 2023, as the examination date for each student shall be made known in due course.
The admission of candidates who will not be 16 years old as at the time of seeking the admission would not be processed until the following year, said the authority.
