The University of Nigeria Nsukka has opted for full online registration for the newly admitted students of the institution.
According to a Memorandum released from the office of the Registrar, Dr. Mrs. C.N Nnebedum, the fresh students’ registration started on Monday April 8, 2024 when the first semester of 2023/2024 academic session commenced.

For other students, registration will come up on April 24, 2024, while hostel allocation for all students will begin from April 30 and end on May 4, 2024, by which all students are expected to return to the campus.
The Registrar informed that details of the process flow for full online registration shall be available on the University website/portal with effect from Monday April 8, 2024.
She instructed further that heads of department, academic advisers, faculty officers and lecturers are to guide the incoming students through various online platforms and ensure full enforcement with the rules and regulations on registration.
For proper guidance the timetable of events of 2023/2025 academic session has been made available.
According to the timetable, all students are expected in the campus on Saturday May 4, 2024, while lecture begins for all students on Monday, May 6, as registration ends on Friday, May 10, while late registration begins on Monday, May 13.
Late registration ends on Friday July 5, while lecture ends on Friday July 19, meanwhile revision starts on Monday July 22, ending on Friday July 26, as departmental examinations commence Monday July 29.
On Friday August 2, departmental examinations shall end, while examinations into inter-faculty and inter-disciplinary courses begin on Monday August 5 as they end on Saturday August 16, marking the end of first semester.
